So a few of my friends are saying the event quest Zach gives in Roumen is bugged (the one with the permanent Black Cat Mask as a reward). I highly doubt it is, but I'd like to make sure so I don't waste my time and money on it.
Has anyone completed and received their permanent Black Cat Mask with no trouble?
