Windows XP/x64:
Let the patch go all the way untill you get the "Missing apps.conf" message, but you do not press the ok button.

Search your computer for Fiesta.Patch
-It is probably avalible in C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Login>\Local Settings\Temp

(The patches might be compressed, and to extract the actuall patch, you will have to use a program such as WinRAR).

Now you'll have to find that extra Outspark folder containing "apps.conf" and "launcher_error_log".
And put it in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\

(So the file apps.conf will be avalible as C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Outspark\apps.conf. This step might require that you enable yourself to see hidden files and folders)

Now go back and right click on your patch file (Like Fiesta.Patch.64-65.exe) and right click on it and choose Properties->Compatibility and enable "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose "Windows 2000.

Once all that is done you should only have to find you fiesta launcher (Or Shortcut), right click on it and choose Properties->Compatibility and enable "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose "Windows 2000".

Then try to launch the game again and the patch should run just fine.

The above method:
-Does not work with Windows 2k3
-Does not work with Windows ME

Possible solution for Windows 2003 users:
