well i just encountered this earlier.... i just hit lvl 19 and decided to suicide coz i forgot to get some scrolls... then once i spawn back to town my lvl went back to lvl 18 at 94%

seriously this is the only mmo that i have encountered this kind of system... just give exp penalty T_T but not coz a lvl down

this has been mentioned before. Some people seem to get it, others dont. I think it may be a bug
