I personally dont think it's the prettiest accessory out there, but it's permanent so I'll just keep one for memory ^0^

The general rules regarding any Cash Shop like items you received through quests and did not get through the Fiesta Store.

1. All items marked as permanent such as from year 2008's Cat Mask, Little King's Crown, Pumpkin Mask they will have no bonuses to stats or criticals %. The only exceptions to the rule are the permanent versions of the sensei suit, sakura suit, certain mini pets such as the wedding pet, gold medals from 2008 Fiesta olympic games (rare can't get anymore), and the Coat of Arms (rare can't get anymore) through specific time limited events.

2. If the item is temporary such as edible food items like cake that gives +10 stat boost for 24 hour period or time limited costume may give stat boosts.

I have been putting more time into real life work so it may take me a month before I can spare more time updating the newer items, mainly the Halloween Weapon Skins ^^.

Lol I've been saving the quest since last year in hopes I could collect 5 puddings throughout the rest of my fiesta career. When I heard that was the item for this year I was excited, til I found out they were giving out the cat head again anyways.
