level 20 class promotion test not working

im a lvl 21 archer but when i go to the promotion test guy it says i can do the promotion test because im not lvl 20 or higher but i am!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!:mad::confused::mad: could some one help me and fix this problem my the character name is deathgiver1 and i play one server Bijou. plzz help me:(
