91 & Onwards

Ok, looking for some help here.. i just hit 91 with my fighter.. picked up the quests..

Whats the best way forward to getting xp now? Are there any repeats etc?
What would be the best lics to get for my wep, i have no idea which monsters will be the quickest way to lvl a lic.

Someone told me, best way forwars is to do my quests, then do CKG's in flaming mine, but they didnt say how long for..

For best exp is to Aoe, Save your quests to later levels.
Aoe big mudman, lava gargoyle, rhinoces. (would be better at 91)
at 95+ can aoe in tos , black bear. If solo yea go Flame mine kill Cursed knight gold. Or the pigs outside of Tear's marsh. or cookie up and kill fire taitans at AR 4-5% hour .-..

well you have either killin CKG or rhinoce hunter at lvl91 till lvl95 than after that go lvl in tos

There are no more repeats (that I know of), and very few quests.

Kill everything in sight> lather> rinse> repeat

as for lics, seems like a lot of ppl like Big Mudmen (esp. archers), Rhinoce Lords, Lava Gargoyles, Black Bear, Phouch.
