perhaps you arent looking in teh right places...i have a 4 statted cg axe..unenhanced but very nice.

Its very possible but none of the Outspark population would actually be smart enough to figure out how. With that being said most of those type of people just account steal/item scam instead because they can't do anything else and the people that have their items stolen are really clueless people who couldn't keep their items/accounts safe even if their life depended on it. (I'd really feel sorry for these type of people in real life) A real life scammer could easily rob them of thousands of dollars with ease.

Please do not blacklist. If you have something to report, please do so privately by submitting a ticket.

The GMs and the CL team do not always have the time to sift through every thread that needs attention, especially on Mondays as OS usually has several meetings throughout the day.
This is why we encourage users to PM us about threads that may need attention, so that when we do find the time to come here we can address them promptly.
