the stats of blue weapons and shield are random like all the equips? or have a fixed stats?

KQ blue's all have the same stats.
if they drop from mobs they have random stats

Blue weapons gotten in KQ chests have fixed stats. All weapons and shields dropped from mobs have random stats like green equips do.

Like Rashy said, blues you get from kingdom quests have fix stats but the ones which drop randomly can get any stats like 34 Int on a fighter's 1h. Good luck getting one.

To clarify: Blue shields cannot be won from KQs.
