Plz help, trouble starting the game

When i double click the icon on my desktop the launcher opens and i put in my password and press the start button the laucher disappears and nothing happens. ive even tried waiting like 30 mins and nothing still happens. Is there anything that can fix this issue?

Have you tried restarting your computer? how about checking your internet connection and firewall?

i have tried those things yes, and my firewall is set to accept SOS and my internet connection is fine :3 thanks for responding btw, is there anything else that can possibly help?

You may want to check to see that you have Open GL version 1.2 or higher, DirectX 9.0 or higher, and .NET framework 2.0 or higher installed. Any of three of these could cause a plethora of problems, up to and inclusive of the game not functioning at all.
