so i made a mage and i have a question about lighting bolt, when using the skill empower thing i was just seeing where the current point i had would be best used, and for some reason i had lighting bolt in the box and happeend to click on increase effect time..and it added 1 second to the effect of lighting it said..but lighting doesnt say it does an effect, after playing around with the skill i then noticed that sometimes when it was cast on an enemy right before the bolt hits.a small hit for about 25-30 damage would hit and the mob would have an icon as if theres a status effect, but only lasted like not even 2 seconds and if i got the mouse there fast enough to read it...all it had was "----"

so my question is, is lighting bolt SUPPOSED to have some type of effect thats just bugged alittle?..or is the fact that it acts like it should have an effect a bug itself*

Sometimes Lightning will stun or slow an enemy. It slows them often at later levels, with about a 30-50% success rate. Used right after Ice Bolt it really helps kite while your fire bolt*and magic missle recharges

oh ok,cool

on another note,i just got life tap and this seems like the most *** backwards skill i've seen yet, trade 223 hp for 162 SP...yea because mages have tons of HP to spare /sarcasm,would make more sense since our SP is so high, to trade SP for HP incase we get in trouble because we get hit HARD if the mob reaches us or get ganged
