Error 10022

Every time i load up the client window it says page cannot be found. Ive played it before, i reinstalled the game today, i restarted my computer. it just wont let me load up the client.

it wont let me log in, and im guessing it wont let me install the patch either.

why isnt it working?
how do i get it to work?

same as me .. i played it before at my other comp .. and then when i've download at the other comp .. i can't play it .. it says error .. geez .. dunno what to do and OUTSPARK doesn't care about this thing .. they doesn't reply our error msg .. so?? what should we do .. i love this game u knwo .. haihh
