everyone has one, its a vital part of a computer, as for telling which one you have run dxdiag.

the graphics card on a computer is what handles the lighting and shading and everything used to run a game. You can either have an onboard card or an "external" card an external being one that is not part of the motherboard. if you run dxdiag it will tell you which graphics chipset/card you have.

Start Menu --> Run --> type in dxdiag.exe
It's a program built into your computer.
As to the person with the problem. Run this, and check it against the system requirements that Fiesta has. Chances are, you'll have to buy a new graphics card, because I'm guessing your problem is that it said your graphic card isn't good enough. Until then, either play on a better computer or hope one falls out of the sky.
