Log-in problem, please halp

Every time I try to log in I get the message.

"There was a problem logging you in
Please check that your username and password are correct, and that you are running the latest outspark software (unautorized 412)"

I tried using the account i made 3 months ago and recieved that message, reset the password, got same message. Then I created a new account and I'm still getting the same message.

I just downloaded the client from the main site, so I know its the current version.

Any ideas anyone? :(

hmmm...when you made your password/username did you have Caps on? example: if I typed uSERNAME*** when I first joined then typed Username*** it would not work same with password...these are just examples, they do not work

it has a chance of working. I had this problem on many MMORPGs.

No, nothing is capitalized in username or password

Try re-installing. if it doesn't work... maybe its the wrong launcher type... I think you need 1.2.64 launcher

If re-installing doesn't work...
ensure your direct x is fully up to date and that your firewall isn't blocking

if that doesn't help... post your pc specs and maybe i or somebody else might have an idea
