Start by fighting Slimes then Mushrooms. Is Fly=Flyff? Go on FiestaFan for more details about the job change quest but basically you have to defeat your shadow and get to either choose a mace or a hammer.

You do have to kill your shadow. ^^ They have 5000 HP or something while you have whatever amount of HP you've earned up until that point.
