I completed quest to get a tltle like popular or high celric but how does anyone get those title?:confused::mad::eek::confused::mad::eek:

Its not a Quest :) Popular-Get some friends and wait till you achieve "Popular"
High Cleric-Level up to 20 and Do t he Shadow quest. (Promotion)
