Can't access Kingdom Quest

When I click on the hourglass button in the top right of the screen to access the kingdom quest screen, nothing shows up. I cannot even access the screen via the NPC (i.e. the Guard dude in Elderine). However, this only happens for one of my characters, the others can get in fine. Relogging doesn't help... how can I fix this?

The KQ window might be hidden. Try reseting the interface and see if it brings up the window.

Im having the same problem I cant access the KQs from the hourglass or from talking to the NPC, its really frustrating please help myself and the others out if possible, thanks in advance:)
