How does guild storage work

What I mean is when you put something like scrolls or pots in storage, for rewards, how many are you suppose to have? For instance, I have 5 ppl in my guild, for lvl 10 they get 5 hp pots......so does that mean I need 25 hp pots? Please explain if you can lol. Ty.

Academy rewards works like that, as far as I know [I do not maintain an academy myself so may be wrong].
You set the reward for a level, and everyone getting to that level gets that number of items.
So yes in your example, when the 5 will get lv 10, each will get 5 hp pots, so you would need to have at least that number in guild storage.

Yes that's how it works ^_^ , like in my academy, I have it set up that each ten levels they get 5 vitality scrolls. So for each person who gets to that level, they get 5 scrolls. So yes, you will need to have quite a few pots or scrolls or what have you in the guild storage. and any guild member can add into the storage.. only the guild master can withdraw from the storage. make sure u update the storage often because if your academy is very active your rewards will run out quickly.
