Kingdom Quest List again

I go to Town Chief Rumenus when the alerts for 'King Slimes Counterattack' start appearing in the bottom right chat box, Im Lv 10 Fighter and when I talk to him and click the 'Kingdom Quest' button nothing happens and I mean nothing at all. Before when I did it it would come up with a list of all upcoming kq but now nothing. Any solutions anyone could think for this would be much appreciated, I've done it once before and found it alot of fun plus the xp is pretty sweet :D

mm u dun have to go to the town chief. u know the hourglass icon right nxt to ur minimap? click that and the list of kingdom quests will appear.

OK I`ll give it a try on the next set of kq, but I think I tried it before and it didnt work there either

OK I still cant get the kq even clicking on the hourglass when recruitment starts,:confused:
please help me out if you can
