Just go in the Temp directory (C:/DOCUME~1/"yourusername"/DEFINI~1/Temp/) and look for folders named, for example "Launcher.Patch.75-79.7z.514241.dir", and install them manually.

It worked for me :)

1. Find and move the "Outspark" folder containing the apps.conf file to the C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\Application Data" folder - which is a hidden folder.

2. Right-click the Fiesta launcher and choose "Properties". Click the "Compatibility" tab, then check the radio box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 2000 then click the "Apply" button at the bottom right of that screen.

3. Re-start the launcher. You MUST stop the launcher each time it downloads a new patch file, e.g."Fiesta.Patch.65-66.exe". Just wait a minute or two after the program states "Applying patch..." then use your Windows search command to list the "Fiesta.Patch" files. As soon as you see a new *.exe file, right-click that file and choose "Properties". Click the "Compatibility" tab, then check the radio box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 2000 then click the "Apply" button at the bottom right of that screen.

4. Close the launcher; it should restart automatically. Repeat the process until the "Fiesta.Patch.69-70.exe" file has had its compatibility changed. The next time the launcher starts the patches should all apply and you can play.

i got it to work, but i didn't do the patch compatability thing. I changed the program to 2000, then i just stopped each patch before opening it up again.

Hey guys i think i have the solution! it worked for me!

Ok if it appears something like "error ocurred... bla bla"
try to download the client again , or if you have the downloaded file it'll be better,

if you have it, go to the directory where did you install the game, and erase the folder "launcher" after that, try to intall the game again, but in a different folder, the desktop may be ok,
after you have installed it at the desktop take the folder "Launcher" from the new installation and copy it in the old outspark folder, and delete the new installation at the desktop,
it will do the upgrades again but there will be no problem, and the game should work!!!

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it works. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% guaranteed to work, but you may want to try it.

Thank you GM_murdock
