Ingame error.

Ok i login properly to the game i join tevas server choose my character, then the map loads, then my character loads up, everything freezes completely forever. I cannot do anything, my account is bugged? Because i logged in my warrior in apoline and it worked fine but on my cleric teva this happens. Can anyone help me?
