Looking for a good Wand!!

I'm looking for a good wand to replace the one I broke during enchanting, any help would be great. Not really sure where to fight to get them or if you have to quest for them or whats up.

Lvl 20 mage

if you have finished the lvl 20 class change quest, you can get a rune wand as your reward, if not then you cannot buy a wand if you aren't a wiz mage
