Now we all se this scenario, Its verry common, we can get to the end of this we can
haggle with pricess or what is equivellent to the SC we spent, but how well do you
trust this player? How would you trust him/her or he/her would trust you?

Yes, It has been a problem, I have heard of so many scams, lets say this happend..

Second: " Alright gimme ur ID.."
First: " Sure.. its :cool::cool::eek:.."
Second:" Done.. now please give me the Gold.."
First: " gee thanx..but i TRICKED U HAHA.."
Second: "What?"
First :" Bye Sucker.."
Second: " I'll report you.."

alright that was fun,it happens allot what are the chancess that any GM would reply?
and what are the chancess you will get back 5$ worth of SC items you lost? what are
the chancess you will get that character banned?
It can happen either way either he game the gold to some one who dont have Spark Cash or he gave to some one without any gold to give..

This has become a big problem, so what are your suggestions for a more safer transactions for our fellow Fiestans to deal with this problem?

nah.its more common to lose in-game money...
a typical conversation should be something like this:
First:Any one looking for a gifter?
Second: I am!
First:ok what do you want?
Second:??? weapon skin
First:that'll be 2G
Second:Ok but just to be sure,I give 1G first,then you gift me,then I give the rest
First:Ok.that seems fair.
Second:*gives 1G*
First:
Second:so?*recieves message:the player is offline*

now that's more like it.It's very rare that people lose SC this way.Usually,people only lose in game money.And to tell you the truth,I have never met anyone who claims to have lose sc.

Its not allowed. Just because some people do it anyway, doesnt give you free reign to promote it.
Although I dont agree with it "ruining the in game economy" thats just a.. well not true. lol. But still, there is no safe alternative, and its not allowed anyway, probably BECAUSE of this reason. You do things at your own risk, when you do something dumb, and walk into a scam, knowing it could be one, OS is not to blame >> You are.

second of all cirpes you are also inviting yourself to be banned. What I really want to know is what happened to the announcements about this ever 15 minutes like there used to be? back in say april/may there were constant announcement in game about how trading in game money for sc items was against TOS and a bannable offense? OS decide it was better to get more money and ban people that don't read the TOS, than get less money in and have more players?
