lv 20 blue tops DO exist, but they are an extremely rare drop

but how things 'should' be and how they are, is open to interpretation

do a search of the forums, see how many threads you can find that complain that there are too many blues in the game - it's nice that some of them are still rare.

and not everyone caps all their players, some keep them at certain levels to do certain jobs - farming bosses, farming mats, farming quest rewards, and so on - i had a 2x cleric on epith that had the top, but i made sure it never got to 30, because it only had 1 job and needed to remain 2x

The do exist? I was offering 20g for any blue 20 top for almost a week just because I didn't think they existed and wanted to find one. If they do exist on Apoline I certainly haven't ever seen one. Back before ToI came out and KM/ZK farming was popular I used to see shops loaded with the pants but never once did I see a top.

lol i was trying to farm KM blues today, i didn't know they were that rare, btw all we got were 2 rings :3

just because you offer a lot, doesn't mean you'll get it
not everyone plays 24/7
they are random drop, so who's to say someone who doesn't play anymore doesn't have one in their inventory
when i had one, it wouldn't matter how many helgaits or gems you offered, i wouldn't sell it, and plenty of other ppl feel the same (i had no shortage of my own helgaits, and i wasn't poor)
some people like to hoard and keep what they have a secret
and some people know just how rare they are and not everyone likes to brag about what they have

i never sold it though, i actually gave it to someone in my academy just before i left epith.

Ya know what else has a low drop rate? Ring of Isya. Only one across all servers and it wasn't even DROPPED. XD

we're just not supposed to have isya stuff until bera arrives in our next 'grand update'
i could be wrong, it did happen once, but i am confident i remember reading it from an official, way back when
but then, with all the silly rumours about why some staff members left around that time, and what they have gifted to their favourite players and so on, who knows what's truth and what's just "this'll shut them up"

yea there is theres the necklace and earrings by the time those come out tho they won't be worth much cuz were already seeing jewelry 10 times better in our version.

they are the next step in the roumen/eld/uruga sets
cept uruga didn't get necklaces for some reason

and yes, we see better things, but we see random additional stats to all jewellery, so arguably, when(if) isya arrives, it will too, so it's still probably quite possible to find godly ones.

naw man hold ure horses. Nothing like that I forgot how good the poison resistance was but it is damn good but nothing like 99%

lolz its on the wiki sight I just forget the site cuz well I see no use for it anymore. Yea Bobi that would be a High possibility still wouldn't compare to somethings though.
