Error reading configuration file

Hey there, new to Fiesta and all of Outspark. I'll get right to the point, I am successful in downloading the um... Downloader of Fiesta, Secret of Solstice and Wind Slayer but when I try to actually install them after the security warning all I get is a small gray window that says Error on the blue part (I'm using XP) and and other than the big red X and OK all I can see is 'Error reading configuration file' no period no nothing. I've tried this multiple times and deleted them and downloaded the downloaders all three of them again and again deleting them and trying again. Nothing seems to work, I even had a friend try to do so and it worked fine for him so I'm lost on what to do. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I didn't download them all at the same time lol, at one point I was downloading two at the same time but that's not the point, the point is I don't even get to installing, it gives me that 'Error configurarion' thing and I can't do anything with any of them. I went to the first link, I'll try the second one now.
