I think Half the Population of WS is from Latin Origin

Cuz i hear lots of spanish all arround.
but still most poeple only speak in English to avoid misunderstanding with english talking poeple
Most Latin people can speak both lenguge so theres no problem English only.

"Most Latin people can speak both lenguge so theres no problem English only."

Are you sure about that ._.? It seems to me that quite a number of players in ws, particularly those that end their names with BR, do not comprehend basic advices and suggestions such as "heal yourself!", "don't use mana shield!" and "help me~ (when you are kidnapped by a trapper)".

Not listening, is not classified as not understanding.

If you are hitting some one or being hit, or just watchng the action in PvPim sure they
ill not listen, specially if their chat box is closed to 1 row.

It might be that " LES VALE MADRE", so they dont do anything
