*waves* Wow, ugly tiny new forum layout.

I'm getting PMs asking if I'm dead so I figured I'd post, LOL. I'm alive. I've just gotten bored on Fiesta, having no 10x content is kinda puttin me to sleep. Plus my irl finances aren't that great, and Fiesta has become way... way too expensive.

I just got a job, finally, after I dunno how long of searching for one. Working at home, taking customer service calls for XM satellite radio. So that should hopefully work out well. I'll also be starting up an online store, trying to make my own start since the chance of me getting employed if this job doesn't work out is basically zero. I can't really afford to be pouring money into a game's cash shop, especially if I don't get any fun out of it. The money just has to go into re-building my savings... getting 2 teeth capped with no dental insurance... etc.

But I'm not gone. I'm a few charms away from capping my mage, and wouldn't mind fooling around in KQs or on my archer or cleric sometimes. I do think I'll bring my vendors back at some point, when I'm a bit less lazy, getting money to beef up my characters for future playtime. I have to decide if I want to continue paying for a house/sign of tycoon on a game that I'm not active on, though. I'll figure that out later.

So yeah. Wednesday I should be on, then one more day after that and I should cap... then I'll just be down to maybe once a week checking in, playing around in spider/kkp or with Kath's license or something.

Lol, try being a 100+ mage attempting to grind and then you'll feel the expense. And if you don't, great for you. For me, bot/100% exp card/extender/cs suits/charms are too much. Without the bot, I lose more exp than I gain. Without the extender, I can't tank enough mobs to be worth my time. Without the 100% exp card, I'd get around 1%/hour duoing with my cleric husband. Without the cs suits, I'd kill too slow. Without the charms, I wouldn't be able to function. And this is why I'm burnt out with the money-sink. I want to spend money because it's optional, fun, for amusement. Not because it's necessary for me to function enough to gain 2.5%/hr aoeing the only mobs available to me.

Anyways. Zwivviiiii. :) I should come on HVG vent sometime. I'll try. :p

I can only do it so many times, before I've done it all and get bored. xD

Anyways, this post isn't about whining, or justifying my reasons for cutting back. It's just cuz I checked into the forums to see a bunch of PMs from worried friends, so I figured I'd get the word out that I'm alive, and I'm not quitting... I'm just cutting back, a lot, so it'll be normal to only see me on once a week or so. This way, hopefully at least, noone else will think I just jumped off a cliff... lol.
