TOS Violation lack of rules!

Why not give warning to all who love to mobs the area and we both know they are greedy doogie!

If i ks their monster i can get banned. If i don't they will keep coming lure all the monster at the same map even they can't even kill them all at once a time. Why not do something spark-team?

It's should be banned when they lure 5 and up monster. and i hate those shooters who is poisoning the monster and keep running away and they will come to you and clean your place!

First of all, please do not Blacklist other players by posting videos/pictures/etc of them and making accusations on the forums. If you think someone is breaking a rule, please consult a CSR privately. Player reports have no place on the forums.

Since no one person has a right to claim any part of a map in-game as their own, anyone can grind/quest/kill mobs anywhere they choose. You guys are expected to be able to resolve issues of people encroaching on an area that you may be grinding in a civil manner. Outspark has no control over what player's choose to do, all they can do is take action on those who break the rules and are reported to them.

If a person is taking most of the mobs in an area, either simply ask them to move elsewhere, try to come up with a compromise to share the mobs in that area, or move to another area.
