Way of the Assassin

I realised that there was not a thread on this (Or I may of skipped it) but I got this info. from a friend, and just thought I'd post it.

Way of the Assassin 1-6:

Step 1 : Talk to Pitsher once you reach level 30. Pick the quest "Way of the Assassin".

Step 2 : Kill Rynx, the Fattest Cat of Popola. Found at Footcliffs (I think that's the name..)

Step 3 : Kill Monkey King, the Evilest Monkey of Ozi Mountain. Found at Ascetic Street(I don't know all the names..it's the red dot on the Map)

Step 4 : Kill Atomic Ball, the Most Toxic Ball thing of Balderan. Found at Steel Cliffs.

Step 5 : Kill Wasablanca, the Weirdest Plant of Amakusa. Found at Amakusa Bridge.

Step 6 : Go back to Pitsher and become an Assassin!

Skills :
Level 30 - Assassination - Quickly slash at an enemy. 1 hit. Wind Damage. Lowish damage. Automatic casting. Melee, but moves, so ranged o.o Active

Level 33 - Blind - Blind an enemy. 1 hit. No damage. Short-Range. 8 Seconds(I believe) of entirely black screen except your character. PvE makes monsters stop moving or attacking. Active

Level 37 - Ninja Trick Thing - Once hit, a piece of wood takes your place and you appear behind the enemy. (PvP Purposes Usually...). Self-Buff. 8 Seconds Duration. Adds physical defense. Automatic Casting. Passive

Level 41 - Throw Knives - Jump up in the air and throw 3 Knives at the ground diagonal of you. Mediocre Wind Damage. AoE.(Being Confirmed...) Sort of ranged, but not much. Active

Level 49 - Extreme Thrust - Dash at an enemy and stab it with a fiery blade. Short-ish ranged, but moves, so ranged o.o OK Damage ( A little higher than rouges Fire Blade skill ), 1 Hit, Fire damage. Active

The correct names are Blind, Ninja Trick, Throw Knives and Extreme Thrust.
Plus, Blind isn't only pvp purpose, it's pve, its stop the monster from attacking or moving and it does damage in pve and pvp. And ninja trick works in PvE and it increases our physical defence.
And maybe you should do some more research or make an assassin before you write a guide... You have a lot of i thinks and o.o as if you are uncertain, and nearly all the info you put here are wrong, for example the Throw Knives it does wind damage and missing information such as the physical def buff of Ninja Trick.

What Simniel said. Throw Knives is an AoE (I'm fairly certain) and you should add if they are Active or Buffs.

Actually, any tips against assasination? Blocking seems to be useless, I can't counter grab (unlike some of the berks moves). The only ways I can avoid it are either by jumping or woodying the person while he slashes by.

There used to a quite a few priests that would use strong attack while standing; at full range, strong attack hits the assassin before assassinate reaches you. But that was a long time ago, back when 2nd classes were new, and everybody made it really obvious which they were going to use.
