Applying Patch... Never finishes

What is going on? Does anyone else have this problem?

I try to launch Fiesta and it says "applying patch" in bottom left corner, and stays like that until I decide to exit. When I do, a window pops up that says:
See logfile: C:/Program Files/Outspark/Launcher/outspark.exe.log

ARRRG!! Drives me crazy...

Something similar happened to me before... I had to open the launcher, wait for it to lock up, close it, and reopen it and eventually it completed. It is not even doing that this time...

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
