Unable to connect

"Unable to connect to patch server:<urlopen error (1101,'getaddrinfo failed')>" appears when I try to launch...if I click on "ok" twice, I get the log-on screen, can type in my name and code, but can't get any further...if I close the window, I get "Errors occurred See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details"

The last four lines repeated another 64 times!

I couldn't post entire file at once, forum wouldn't accept: too long in length.

At any rate, where do I go from here?

There is a lot of ppl including me getting this error, already mailed admins but still waiting for their answer, i think the best option to them is to make a manual patch or a launcher fix

I finally uninstalled the launcher and downloaded it again. Except for a bit of weird graphics settings ( corrected through the control panel ), this seems to have cleared up the problems.

I've done this already and still have the same problem

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it work. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% gurantteed to work, but you may want to try it.
