Has anyone else notices that Liscences don't seem to have an effect or is it just me?* i've gotten my boogy liscence up to 25% and i haven't noticed a change in damage (aside from when i level up)...
In addition I have used both the +aim and the +damage scrolls and haven't noticed either of them increase or change anything*

Scrolls- try fighting higher lvl mobs and you will see..
Liscences-It dose work

Open your character information screen and take a look at your damage when fighting an enemy that you DON'T have your weapon licensed for. Then attack an enemy that your weapon is licensed to kill and watch the damage rating on your character info screen increase. Trust me on this one, I am possibly the only BOOGY DOMINATOR on the server.

Or a better way to test is to use two equal weapons, one being licensed and the other not, on the same monster (that the license targets) so there aren't any discrepancies

Bakemaser there's tons of Boogy Dominators on the server lol, and yea they do actually help in the increase in damage. Get another weapon (with the same +) and test to see which does more damage to the specified monster.

No, no. I have never seen another one and so I refuse to believe they exist. All the Boogies be my *****es, yo. Clearly it is true. Also I am the highest level 21 player on the server. All the other level 21 players? They're lower level than I am. BOOYAKASHA.

how can you be the highest lvl 21 player on the server i dont get it 2 lvl 21 players are the same if your the same class.
