I just started and finished the tutorial quests but i cant seem to figure out how to gain a class, im looking to be a rogue but not sure where to start, any advise?

Simple. Kill 5 poyopoyo. Then level up to lv 16. Get Jurea parts1/4, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4. Speak to Reinmoth to get your class. Pit all points into POW now, since you will get reset when you change class.
