not happy at all. cant login, lag etc

i came back to fiesta in high hopes that things were actualy being fixed that needed to be fixed before new content got released. sad to see this is not the case.

1) i live in north america, so why cant i log in? ocasionaly ( now pretty much all afternoon) i cant log in as i get the screen that ip banned countrys get.

2) sometimes trying to level makes me want to bash my head against the screen. Today is no exception, I cant even do my quests without the lag being so bad to the point where i can move around and hit things, but they dont respond.

please resolve this, otherwise myself, including a few friends are moving on to something else again.

1) Are you getting the 'you are not in our service area' message? Sent in a ticket to the csr.
2) Make sure there isn't anything running on the background, messengers and programs scanning your computer, like anti-virus, can make your comp lag. If that isn't the problem you might wanna check your comp if it still meets the requirements to play.
