1. We obey all terms and conditions of Outspark. Any failure to comply with these will have a cause/effect on your membership. Effective immediately you will be banned, cause we can. If you don't know where Outspark stands on certain issues, you better read up before applying...I already have. Infractions of serious nature WILL be reported to Outspark Staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy in Darkness_Reigns2.
2. We will monitor for inactive members. Any 2-week period (without letting someone know prior to your absence) with no log in will put your account into "notice" mode. After 1 more week of inactivity, without speaking to an overseeing member, you will be banned. We intend to keep a functioning active guild for party/war purposes, so we will watch this closely.
Yvette's Rules
a) Rude behavior to others, inside the guild or out, will NOT be tolerated. Period. There is no room for discussion. (Sarcasm is not rude, it is expected. I am the queen...de-throne me if you can. *grins*)
b) Do not beg for postion, for wars, or items (ie: weapons, silver etc). This is not tolerated in the guild as it causes harsh feelings. We will war/promote/issue as we see fit. Asking repeatedly will delay/deny any request you have.
c) Yvette is the master. Period. Anything besides the TOS rules which she founded this guild on is her call. Admins, council and guards understand and support her rulings. DO NOT TRY TO SUPERCEED HIS OR HIS OFFICERS AUTHORITY. It will get you banned. (ie: If one admin says "no", don't ask another.)
4. We expect all members to participate in guild chat. We can't make our guild better if you don't offer your voice...err text. We will be offering contest and prizes in the guild, so your participation there would also be warranted. This area, however, does not impact your membership, it is noted just so you know, and we encourage ideas and input.
5. Admin decisions are as final as mine. No questions. I put faith in my appointed leaders. However, if you feel that you are being abused and the admins are refusing to help, please whisper me with details. New guard and council members will be voted on occasionally. Few positions there will be fixed with limited exceptions (founding members).
6. Membership requires a brief interview with a minimum of 3 members of my staff. If you are not willing to be interviewed before joining, don't apply. This is a required step. IF one member of the interview committee votes "no", you will be denied membership, and offered an explination as to why you were denied.
7. NO GUILD CHAT IS ALLOWED as the bright green text triggers Yvette's migrianes.
8. Any one found to be causing trouble just to get a war started will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THE GUILD NO IF AND'S OR BUT'S ABOUT IT.
9. NO ADDING TO THE GUILD STORAGE PERIOD
What we offer
1) Friends. This is the first and most important aspect of this guild. You will find people that are eager to help, eager to point you in the right direction or instruct you accordingly in most areas of this game. We will get to know you, get under you skin, and basically, become the family you always wanted or not.
2) Contest. I will offer contests from time to time that will allow members to make silver. There will be contest based off class, levels, and random hunts that I concoct. Be warned. I have a very active imagination, and these could get fun. There will be various levels of awards, according to the difficulty of the contest.
3) Active help. For the most part, you should always have a guild member on to party with. Or for help. This is the seondary basis for our guild.
Basic duties on the guild leaders:

Guards
1. Report inappropriate or rude behavior to guards. (in guild members...outside complaints should be reported to the members appropriate guild or GM)
2. Most game related questions, the guards could handle.
Council
1. Suggestions for guild improvement. Ideas for contest.
2. Rules and Regulations questions. Either TOS or Yvette's, they can answer both.
3. Extended absence reporting. Please contact council.
4. Game related questions are also answered here.
Admins
1. Member complaints. (keep this private, and screen shot convo)
2. War questions, suggestions.
3. War applications. Admins handle all war apps. Ask once, only once.
4. Chat Ban and Ban mebers that break the TOS.
5. More game related help here.

1. All of the above. I am neither above nor below anything anyone else can or may do. PLEASE try to use an appropriate channel first, but otherwise I will help in all areas listed.
