1. If this game is in closed beta, how did I get in without an invite? I just downloaded, registered and got in, and so did all my friends.
2. Any good stat guides out there?

1.) Dunno, Maybe you just got lucky. :P
2.) SolsticePlayer.com forums has some stats guides under their Guides & Classes section. Check them out. :P

1. Happens to some.(Me included)
2. No, not many full guides.(Archer is the only one I know of being good) You only need to pour points into one stat, except hybrids, to make an efficient character.
