View Full Version : Skill Empowerment Suggestions

I have a level 16 fighter and have yet to invest any of my skill points, leaving me with 7 skill empowerment points to use. From what I've been reading I can't tell whether I should save these points for later on, or invest some in skills like concussive charge and snearing kick. I am going with +25 in spr the rest in end, at least until someone gives me a reason to change it. I plan to wield an axe with crits and be able to be the off tank and possibly main tank from time to time. What are some suggestions for empowering my skills to best fit me.

If you are going for crits, here is what i think you should put your points in:
1. Vitality: Increase duration and decrease cool down time.
2. Power hit: Increase skill's power, decrease cool down and Sp
3. There is an ability at 60 (this is the only thing i can tell you since the cap is still at 59)

If you want to, you should put some points in Devastate (increase duration and decrease cd/sp) instead of Concussive Charge, but i don't recommend this since you plan to put 25pts in spr.

hmm.
don't use any point until you hit lvl 20
usually. 2 handed fighters go for

1. Power Hit - 5 on increase damage/ 5 on cooling time and option on 5 sp reduction

2. great swing- this is most important fighter skill. its area stun skill. 5 cooling time/ 5 longer duration..and option on 5 sp reduction.

3. mock- option 5 cooling time [mock is very important in AOE party, however, there are not many AOE party in new server, so i would save point for a while]

However, if you are DD fighter, strongly recommend to have powerhit and greater swing. Rest of skills, you dont need to use skill impower. You need to save Impower skills for later.
