How do you get to the welcome page (The one that shows up after you've signed up) and how do you get back to it?

Nope. Its the page you see right after you sign up.(After you sign up, not sign in. Like when you create an account.) I think it has 'welcome' in the URL but I'm not sure.
And...Why am I 'infamous' around these parts...? What does that mean?
