This is just a guide on all the skills a lvl 49+ Assassin would have and what role they play in PvE and PvP.
Anyway lets start off with the rogue skills.
Rogue skills:
- Poison:
PvE: Useful in soloing, taking the monster down with just a poison and weak attacks is effective. Can be used when picking up monsters for your mobbing, as it can release some of the pressure on your potion. consumption.
PvP: A must for every person you verse as they tend to run away from an assassin. You can still deal damage to them while they run away. Rightfully used to weaken a person to 5% HP, then running in and using assassinate for an easy kill.
- Stun:
PvE: Pretty much useless. You still get hit if you're not positioned right and basically a waste of MP.
PvP: Very useful skill. Creates time for you to execute your poison or blind, depending on the situation and dealing some damage with weak attacks.
- Sprint:
PvE: Useful when you're the designated herder for mobbing as it can be done quicker.
PvP: A must for all assassins to keep it buffed all the time. It increases the distance of your dashes, assassinates and extreme thrusts.
- Evasion:
PvE: Passive. A must for mobbing as it increases your defenses
PvP: Passive. The more defense the better?
- Hide:
PvE: If you're low on HP, you can execute hide and the monsters will turn back to their passive state giving you time to pot, but you have to aggro them again.
PvP: Great skill for ambushing with all skills. Stun, poison, blind, extreme thrust and assassinate. When is hide always use silent land, this is performed by holding down guard before you land.
-Shuriken:
PvE: A little disappointing with the animation, but it was a good ranged attack.
PvP: An okay combo with assassinate, after executing assassinate, then turn around and throw the shuriken XD
- Blazing Blade:
PvE: Nice skill for nuking or spank and run mobbing, basically a burst damage spell.
PvP: Good use to finish of a stun combo if the opponent is under 5% HP
Now for the
Assassin skills:
- Assassination:
PvE: Just a nice damage dealing spell against solo monsters, can be interrupted easily.
PvP: Great skill to utilise. Can be performed in ambushes, killing people with low HP and chasing runners.
- Blind:
PvE: Stops the monster from attacking and moving and always faces your direction, but if you touch it, it will always attack until you move away a little bit, great for Boss battles.
PvP: A nice CC (Crowd Control). Useful in picking off people from a gang of teamers as they tend to run away. They always tend to jump when blind, so you can stalk then with little attack while in the air and continuously doing so, a technique hard to master. An underestimated skill.
- Ninja Trick:
PvE: Increases physical defense by x%. when hurt by a monster, instantly go behind them and can attack them.
PvP: I never used this much so I wont know its full potential. I find it annoying and useless, its good against woodies as it increases physical defense alot and throws them off guard. the annoying bit is, when you teleport you're in the air and you can execute your skill quick enough.
- Throwing Knife:
PvE: An alright skill for spank and run mobbing, pushes x amount of monsters backwards.
PvP: Nice evasive skill or ranged attackers as you instantly shoot up in the air, but you're vulnerable after wards for quite some time.
- Extreme Thrust:
PvE: Nice nuking skill and good for spank and run mobbing. A burst damage spell used for every boss battle.
PvP: Nice finishing off skill and good for charging a group of teamers as it is a fire based skill. Can be used in a combo of Assassination then turning around and extreme thrusting. Also great animation and sounds making it a more appealing skill :P

Plus I would like to suggest 3rd class skills for Assassins:
Name of 3rd Class: Supa Orsum Ninjas
Skill: Supa Silent Massacre
Use: One hit kill everyone on the map with fire damage.
MP consumption: +200 mp (yes I meant the plus :))
Cooldown: 0 seconds
