Hello, I have my own guild from some time now, we are a very little guild with only 12 members 10 of them active, I am not an expert in owning a guild nor expert in some aspects of the game either...so with that said I hope I can get some good answers here.
So a week ago people from guild asked me why I did not get more people to academy so we can all have the guild buff before we only had 10 members with only 3 or 4 active, i started inviting and we went up to 47 in 4 days most of them active, i had to put more rewards and of course more money into storage, got a good and attractive ( I think ) rewards setting, being the only one putting money and things in academy storage I think i am doing good ( I am the academy master and master of guild btw) I started helping academy members and such and i am happy doing it :) my questions are as follow:

1-how can i ask people from guild to help me? with money or rewards put in guild storage?
2-what is the purpose or benefits of having a very active academy? ( I am putting my money, effort and time ) this question was from 1 person from guild that i guess just dont wanna help me and I just could not give a good and certain answer.
3-Do we get something from game with the points or rank that we have?
4-I would like people from guild to help, how can i do that?what would be a good approach with that?
5-is it only master academy the one supposed to give the money and rewards for academy?
6-some good managing points that you can give me will be really appreciated.

Thank you.

1-how can i ask people from guild to help me? with money or rewards put in guild storage?

A.) ask politely.

2-what is the purpose or benefits of having a very active academy? ( I am putting my money, effort and time ) this question was from 1 person from guild that i guess just dont wanna help me and I just could not give a good and certain answer.

A.) The satisfaction of knowing you helped people.

3-Do we get something from game with the points or rank that we have?

A.) Not that I know of.

4-I would like people from guild to help, how can i do that?what would be a good approach with that?

Ask. The key to running an organization of people is communication. Don't be afraid to ask, you're the owner, so therefore you are the one in charge.

5-is it only master academy the one supposed to give the money and rewards for academy?

A.) From what you're saying, I don't think so. I think everyone should pitch in. If I get a decent drop, I'll donate it to my academy owner. In the long run it will help me, her, and the rest of the members.

6-some good managing points that you can give me will be really appreciated.

A.) Don't get overwhelmed. Assign leaders, managers, helpers. Make sure you have staff. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

The benefits of being a high ranked academy are that you get a longer guild buff and more people will enroll in the guild further increasing your guild buff.

You could ask your guild members, if they don't want to contribute gold, how about working on their production skills and adding scrolls or pots to the guild bank? Or, if they don't even want to do that, ask if they could spend some time in Roumen or the other starter maps recruiting new members for academy.

Best of luck!
