DEX increases evasion and aim, do these stats only effect physical attack, or physical abilities, or even magic abilities as well?

please specifiy for AIM and EVADE

also does critical effect magic critical?

Aim and evasion are a blanket coverage. They are applied equally to magical and physical attacks.

Critical rate is exactly the same. It is applied the same regardless of what method you are using to attack.

And Magic attacks can miss, so it increases all Aim and Evasion.
