Yo guys, its saviourX!
Long time no see to most of u and nice to meet ya to the rest! :D
Anyhow, down to the heart of the matter...im stuck at lv 99. Everytime i get somewhere with xp...i die. In fact, i've lost enough exp to lvl 4 times now. Yeah, thats how much i've died. I have a perm cloak of love and a green cowbell on. My gears suck tho. 2ap/+4 aquaintance shoes, 4ap/+1 aquaintance armor, +1 aquaintance gloves, and 4ap/+4 aquaintance helm. My bow is a continuum bow 4ap/+5. I usually train b/w acidbath and phil. Trying to farm better gears but no luck...any suggestions?
Oh and if it matters, my archer is a pow/men build
32men and the rest pow

Get a Rebirth, shed at least 8 points of MEN, and add some AGI into your build. The lucky Dodges you get are likely to save your behind.
Invest in good Acquaintance shoes and gloves, since they are less ridiculously priced than Acquaintance armor or helms are. This will drop the amount of damage you have to soak. Your bow is decent, but it doesn't hurt to blow a fat stack on an awesome one.
Lastly, ditch the love cloak for some attack wings. Faster kills could NEVER be a bad idea for Archer types.
Good luck getting through the slump, level 99 sucked for me too. Hopefully someone comes along with some even better advice for you.

1. have a good healer or a mage in your party
2. incase aggro'ed when solo'ing, put warpscroll on your hotkeybar
3. try templar and beyond, which gives better exp than phil
4. boost your attack with pearls, pets, wings, and spa eggs
I die a lot too... so maybe anti death pendant is a must at your level. I do not think your stats is bad though you could put more into agi.

having better gears is not a necessity; it's just recommended
as comp said already, just get attack wings and a better bow and you'd be set to train in sherwood or phil
try not to grind where you are up against long range monsters especially the ones before phil because they stick to you a lot in a very annoying way (idk how to explain really >>). On top of that, they make you red D: which is really annoying =P
get a red bell too- it's going to help a lot. You're mentality should be geared toward killing monsters as fast as possible and not too much on defense.
I'd really recommend sherwood for archers below 106. Im sure that, with your build, you can run down the whole length of sherwood (kiling every monster in your path) and then rp once you get to the guard. I've done this plenty of times with less pot capacity than you when i was your level and that was pre-attack wings so im sure you'll be fine.
so in a nutshell: just try to increase your attack as much as you can and grind in sherwood or phil.

Solo is fun but mostly pt is wat the most of archers like cuz of fast exp.
though when i was at ur lvl i was aoeing XD chant, edine & library but yea depending on def.
i started training in phil at lv 76 XDDDDD
archers r made to die HAHAHA jk but yea i died alot too but FOR SURE!
nwayz if u dun wanna die... go to maps with no aoers :O
but yea new maps gives pretty good exp XD (mostly if ur with boosts u.u)
btw am 32 men pow build too :O (and i love it xD)
In new maps u can find someone who want binders XD that'll help alot <3

hmmm, I think you should use some attack stuff ( attak wings, RED cow bell, maybe a prensential helmet )cuz for me it was easy to get to lvl 99 as archer . Maybe you should try to solo somewhere else cuz like me I don't get a lot of exp in kind of these maps or maybe switch to ice maps instead. Actually I'm in Lost Wedge Valley they drop lvl 96 -106 gears if you look for those gears.
I got a crappy def too ( only 150 def while using attack stuff). My build is power / Men and recommend to have this cuz on shadow men is useless but not on archer . Go to ice maps instead cuz the map is only 1 way and you should at least buy good shoes to run faster since you need to outrun mobbs.
Actually I don't train in these maps since I started to solo in templar with lvl 66.
But I noticed that the scouts / archer have a lot of attack now the days cuz I went with my farmer scout to templar and actually could hit 400 lol. (euqippes was : lvl 3 attack mount, lvl 9 attack pet skill. 2 spa buffs, +5 bow)

Get better shoes at least +5 for the 2 Extra Movement it'll help you out run the mobbs , also get some Attack pearls, Attack wings, red bell, Toasted Eggs, Spa Attack Buff and HP buff sc type etc and FIND your self a good Duo (a Wizard or another Archer) and you'll see everything will be different for ya. I recommend you to grind at Templar Gorge. Because Shoes, Gloves, Helmet, Armor of the blessing and Dimension Bow drop there so while while u and ur Duo grind u're also farming gears, Trust me. You'll be a Ranger in no time u'll see O_~ I hope this work for ya,,, if not. Feel free to ignore all i've said :D

At the most, I would say training at Sherwood would be good. I have trained there for like 10 levels already. Turmeit Desert is a good area as well, but I prefer Sherwood because the way the map is set up. Less likely to get mobbed and easier to run away from many aggros.
You should get Attack Items, like attack wings, bell, attack pearls, pet buff, spa towel (for spa buff +30 attack), cook some eggs, and a good decent bow. Currently, I train at Amorica now since I already found all my gears needed till I hit Ranger, so all I'm doing is just grinding. Hit 1.2k in Amor btw. :)
You will also need the Movement Speed. More movement speed = easier escape from mobs, etc.
Idk about the stat builds, but I have 40 MEN and rest in POW. I found it very cool, but for some people they like other builds. For me, I love doing critical hits, and when there are alot of critical hits, the monsters die faster.
Well, that will be pretty much it. I hope this helped in some kind of way.
