How do you change character classes?

After you do your required quests from the SoS Guardian. Level to 16 and get all four pieces of Jureah's Pendants. (1/4 white, 2/4 green, 3/4 red, 4/4 purple) from the surrounding available training maps. Then talk to Reinmoth in Arcarinas Square for job change.

Kill different monsters, the blue furball near Death Valley, located southwest of Trisects, carries Jurea 4/4 for example. Reinmoth also informs you what monster drops what pendant when you hit lv 16.
