Sniper levelling vs Mentor

If i stayed an archer past 30, i keep the exp boost from my mentor till i feel like changing. Im planning to be a sniper and snipers have pierce shot at 30. Which will make me lvl faster? the 1.5x exp from mentor or the pierce shot?

Do i change to 2nd class at lvl 30? or wait till i get more lvls?

Nah,don't change class.
Being an Archer to Sniper doesn't really change anythin'.

All you get is AoE moves that don't hit high enough,honestly.

You're better off stayin' as an Archer 'til 41 since the last skill isn't really "zOMG."

Uhh, I thought you kept the EXP Boost even after you changed class unless your mentor deletes you. It's the mentor who stops receiving the EXP from the menti when they change class. o__o, right?

No,its'not how it works.
Trust meh,I've try'd/experimented it many times.

Once you've hit 2nd Job you don't receive Menti EXP nor does your mentor receive EXP.

So you get the menti exp bonus, but you can't get a new mentor at 30+ if you stay 1st class?

I'd say wait till 35<-- pierce hits 3 which is better than u'd think, cooldowns nothing, which doki wouldn't be able to experience cuz hes just a dumb bm :P if ur soloing tho. Change right away no sense in wall mobbing solo 5 more lvls pierce would be quicker if ur alone.

Yeah,iWould've never EXP'd Sniper Job.
iWonder what made me thrive into choosin' a BM comin' from a simple only class Novice.
I've EXP'd Sniper up to Lv.41.
