Something NEEDS to be done! OUTSPARK EMPLOYEES, HELP!!!

:(I have seen numerous posts regarding this error. I have it too. I have restarted my computer. I have opened/closed launcher many, many times. I have re-downloaded and reinstalled the program. All to no avail. :confused:

I have no other solutions to this problem, other than to ask you to please fix it!!! I enjoy this game so much and it is driving me crazy not to play and knowing my friends are leveling past me.:eek:

Yeah, I am also getting an error (see thread (http://www.outspark.com/forums//showthread.php?t=23032)) relating to a persistent show-stopping bug in the loader.

No response of any sort from the company.

It's really hard to justify buying SparkCash if I can't get into the game. It's even harder to justify the SparkCash I've already bought (and the in-game stuff I bought with some of it), which is useless to me if I can't get into the damn game.


Outspark, you really need to start saying something to everyone, even if it's a simple "we know and we're working on it." The longer you go without a single reply to anyone about the HUGE number of bugs the last patch or two introduced, the more likely it is that we tell you to keep your game and go elsewhere, taking our money with us.

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it work. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% gurantteed to work, but you may want to try it.
