How do i open a Free item

This morning I made it to Level 17, and I'm just now checking my e-mails, Outspark sent me an e-mail congratulating my on reaching it and said that they were giving me a free item, a Red Dress, so I went to go check my inventory and found no such thing. Did they lie to me or is it just something to get me to Buy Spark Cash? I've only been playing this for few days now, so I'm still not sure on how things like this work.....:confused:

There is a premium reward inventory.

There's reward inventory and premium inventory...Try checking the last inventory in the right. c:

Open your character's inventory. Along the top of the inventory page you'll see 4 'backpacks' and 2 gift boxes. Click on the gift box to the far right. That's your Premium Item inventory. Right click the item you want to use on that character to move it to that character's regular inventory. Go to the regular inventory and right click the item again to use it.

The other gift box is your Reward Inventory. This is where your kq rewards and other in game items are sent when you've earned them. Check it fairly often for special goodies for leveling up, like Academy rewards. :)

They ALWAYS give u a redeem code to get ya item >< so chek ya mail if there is a code in it

1 per account i recently read in a post by a gm AND they only doing that since 4 months or so o.o
