Enhancement rate

Hey guys. I've been thinking about this for awhile. We know there's certain success percentage. Does this mean if you enhanced lvl1 sword and failed twice in a row, and enhanced your lvl80 armor, it'll have higher chance of success rate? This could be important o.O to finally have a chance of getting to +7 without sc.....

I don't think so bc they chance of enhancing working depends on the lvl and tier of the item. Though t3 items do seem the hardest to enhance, but thats just personal experience. Plus it would prob be set back to 0 when you changed items.
