I was having the outspark.exe.log file problem... I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Now the patch seems to be ok, but I still can't login! I enter my correct name and password, and its says Unauthorized: 412

Gosh darnit... this is really frustrating. I was so happy I thought I had it working.

I'd suggest retyping your info in again and try once more. I think the 412 unauthorize is a old CB bug that still sometimes pops up in the OB client.

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it work. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% guranteed to work, but you may want to try it.
