My story:

I was happily playing Fiesta Saturday afternoon and decided to log off for a KQ. Well my compy locked up so I restarted it. I launched the launcher. It said "applying patch..." in bottom left corner forever. I exited and the stupid outspark.exe.log file we have all been talking about appeared. I tried restarting, redownloading, reinstalling, changing compatibility... nothing.

Just this morning I decided to uninstall Fiesta and then reinstall it. Well that seemed to work... until I tried to log in. It gives me an error message Unauthorized: 412... Like I entered the wrong name and password or something, which I checked and tried to relog like a million times.

So I thought, I'll reinstall it again. Well, now I'm back to the outspark.exe.log error.

What country are you playing from, out of curiosity? There's at least 1 country IP ban in place at this moment that's been noticed mainstream, that's why I ask.

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it work. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% guranteed to work, but you may want to try it.
