Okay I've been playing Fiesta for over a year and over all the best MMORPG ever to been created but now I'm angery. :mad: I resently discovered that all my godly gear and +9 Axe are missing same goes with my mage. (Fighter: Wicked666) & (Mage: Wicked_) I want to get them back and I didnt give anyone my info I'm not that dumb, I help out ppl in the game and a good person, but I dont what I did to diserve this so please Can any of the GM help me out. I love to continue playing FiestaOnline for along time. I dont know if it someone or The updates that happened but it happen right after the updates. so please GM's help me out here or anyone.

Well I did that too just in case this forum didnt work. I just cant believe that happen to me.. my hard work.. -.-

If you never gave out your info or went to a gold selling site, then I recommend getting good antispyware/,alware/virus software and doing a scan
you could possibly have a keylogger

Yeah I think it must be a keylogger :( Sorry to hear this happened to you, I hope you can get your characters back.

I dont even know what a keylogger is? ._. and thanks for you Subport I just need to wait till I get something from the CSR and see if They can help get my stuff back or I can play again I truely love this game better then anyother MMO out there and I'll be truely broken if they cant do anything about it my +9 BK axe and +6-8 gear ._. gone rigt after the update happen so Idk if its hacks(I think it is) or the updates that did it.

a keylogger is a program that tracks what u type on ur keyboard.

Well if the keylogger/hacker deleted your charcters while they were wearing their gears, GM's can't get the gears back, your characters will be restored in nubbie clothes, with no weapons unfortunally D=

Try to find someone around you who can help you do something against a keylogger infection, and hope that other passwords of yours werent stolen -if it really is the case.

Id recommend Avg-antivirus since itīs nice, easy interface and a good AV (also doesnt put too much strain on ur CPU) ~ ohh and itīs free ;3

Well they only took my gear and weapons and money but didnt delete any of my characters so lucky me huh.
