black and cant see

When I start up Solstice, this little box comes up, which I assume would be making your character and picking the hair, etc. But that whole box is black! I don't get it. I cant see anything even when I click on them and even when I mouse-over buttons, I can't see the text that should be there. It's all black. Anyone know whats going on? :(

:( same here, actually i logged into the game, its all black, only can see a map in the right corner and some names then all the screen shaves :confused:

I have read many posts about problems with this game, players complaining but not even an answer from administrators or gms......:mad:

I get the black screen too sometimes. I just shut the game down and restart and it usually goes away.

Nevermind, i read why i cant play this game, im using a laptop -.- sux, cant play what it seems to be a nice game cos i got a laptop!!!! lol

If you want help you have to ask properly.

First it is a good idea to list your system specs. List ram, video card and all that information so people can be of help to you.

Also do a search of your problem the GMs may have answered it before and you can find an answer there. Instead of just screaming no one helps the customer.
